Sandyford House
The existing Sandyford House has been meticulously restored by Brifin Construction and extended to bring it back to its original 18th Century condition. The site currently sits on 1.5 acres. Adjacent to the existing Sandyford House is the Farmhouse, a newly built 4 bed detached house (1,931 sq ft), designed in the style of an original farm yard building to complement Sandyford House. To the rear of Sandyford House, Turkington Rock are proposing 15 no. high specification 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed A rated family homes. Sandyford House and the Farmhouse are both now complete with the 15 new houses at the rear of Sandyford House due for completion by Brifin in the Autumn of 2020. Work was undertaken for Turkington Rock.
